CONSULTANT PROFILE:
Technical assistance is provided by Mr Graeme Morris, with over 20 years experience working in technical sales in the Wine Industry.
During this time, Graeme has been involved, both in teaching winemaking and
wine evaluation together with judging wines at the Victorian Wines Show.
He has conducted classes in Wine Analysis and is proficient in both detecting wine faults and in the provision of corrective treatments.
He is a former Chemist and Brewer with Carlton & United Breweries Ltd
(Foster’s Group Ltd), with qualifications of both a Diploma and a Degree in Applied Chemistry.
Graeme spent many years working at the Bianchet Winery in the Yarra Valley, providing practical winemaking assistance as well as consultancy advice. He also worked as a wine judge at the Victorian Wine Show for a period of three years.
Graeme also has extensive knowledge and experience in the applications of Yeast Strains, Malo-Lactic Fermentation Cultures and Nutrients, together with Enzymes and Winemaking Chemicals and Tannins, etc.
